1) Are you a recruitment firm?
No, we are not a staffing, executive search or recruitment company. We are a group of former recruitment professionals that developed a unique service to augment the job search process by leveraging relationships with employers to find jobs before they are advertised.

2) Who pays your fees?
We work for you, the job seeker. We do not work for employers. We don't receive any compensation from employers.

3) Do you offer a free trial?
No, we do not offer free trials. Our service requires us to physically search for the jobs you need based on the job search details that you provide us with. So, we are not a static job board. Rather, we are a partner in your job search reaching out to employers every 24 hours to find the jobs you need. In that regard, we differ from any other service on the net.

4) What is your success rate?
We survey 1,000 members every 3 months. We classify member success as securing at least one interview within 90 days of using our service. Our survey average since we launched in 2004 is 63%. Members that had resume services had an average success rate of 79%.

5) How do I send you my resume?
You can submit your resume through our system. We accept member resumes, only.

6) Why should I pay you to find me a job?
If you need help finding more job opportunities, better job opportunities or jobs in specific areas we can help. We will reach out to employers on your behalf to find the jobs you need. We are your partners in your job search.

7) Can I use your services as a tax deduction?
Yes, but you should always consult a tax professional.

8) How many employers do you work with?
We source jobs from thousands of employers in the U.S. and Canada.

9) How does the process work?
Click on a service you are interested in. Load your contact info and check out the jobs in our database. Check the database every 24 hours or so to see the jobs we have found for you.

10) Do you email me jobs?
No, we list all the jobs we find for you and our other members in the database.
