Job Description
Sales Support Representative:
Our Customer Support department is currently looking for a dynamic, service oriented Sales Support Representative. In this position you will respond to all inquiries and requests from our field sales force. You will also provide prepay credits and other tools to assist sales representatives in renewals. You will discuss billing issues, provide listing information and prepare for changes to be made to an account.
Requirements:
A minimum of two years work experience in a call center or customer service environment is necessary. Strong PC skills including Word, Excel and Outlook are necessary. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required. Exceptional telephone skills are necessary in this position.
